Getting to the Lodge

It is not easy to drive to Yarmouth, but that is what keeps it so beautiful.  There are, however, other transportation options for faster travel:

By Air:   

• Frequent flights from many US airports to Halifax International Airport.  (Drive from Halifax International Airport to the property is 3 hours.)  Contact Cloud 9 Shuttle service (http://www.thecloudnineshuttle.com/) or Acadievan service (http://acadievan.com/) for shuttle service from Halifax airport.

A taxi can pick you up at the airport or you can rent a car (AVIS or Enterprise) in Yarmouth.

By Ferry:

• The CAT ferry from Portland to Yarmouth (crossing ~5 hours.  Drive from Yarmouth terminal to the property is a short 25 minutes.)
• The CAT ferry from Bar Harbor to Yarmouth (crossing ~3 hours.  Drive from Yarmouth terminal to the property is 25 minutes).
• The Acadia Ferry from St. John, New Brunswick to Digby, Nova Scotia (crossing ~3 hours.  Drive from Digby terminal to the property is an additional 1 hour 20 minutes).
